It would have helped me be proactive instead of being at the end of my Christmas rope with all the goings-on and gifting. I'm looking forward to hearing how your Xmas goes this year. :-)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04940266024306074097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7708895404314955764.post-6308722424753842272012-12-11T20:38:33.751-08:002012-12-11T20:38:33.751-08:00Hi Angie. Also when my kids were young and we did not really have much money (not that we have that much now) we encouraged the kids to make gifts for each other and us. I can tell you how many crocheted scarfs I have been given over the years :) They made stationary, decoupaged cigar boxes for keepsakes, wrote letters to us with lots of words of love, crocheted pot holders and even today they are still making gifts for each other and family members. I so encourage you on your endeavor to find balance between celebrating Christmas as Christ birth and to still enjoy the gift opening and celebration with family. I look forward to hearing how the family meeting went.<br />Yours...........missyMissyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13176299616484422695noreply@blogger.com
